Our dryer takes forever and we seldom use dryer sheets. Not only do dryer sheets have a ton of killer chemicals in them, but most of them will mess with the flame resistance of baby’s laundry, they are harsh on sensitive skin, many leave a weird after-scent on clothes, and, if you use cloth diapers, they are said to leave a film causing the diapers to leak. Eew.
Wool dryer balls soften your clothing and help reduce your drying time. All without the harmful chemicals. They are safe for baby’s laundry and gentle on sensitive skin. Plus, they look pretty easy to make. Click here to a link for a simple DIY. If you’re not into doing it yourself, you can also purchase pre-made balls on ETSY.
